Stages Theatre Company's
Troop Theatre
for Brownie, Junior,
Cadette and Senior Girl Scouts
and Boy Scouts

About the Program:
Your troop can attend 2 one-hour workshops and have the opportunity to attend a Stages Theatre Company performance! Each workshop is designed for scouts to get involved, and learn about the world of theatre through exciting games and activities.

Actors at Play
Did you know that actors have 3 primary tools that they use on stage? In this hour long workshop, students will discover what these tools are and how they too can use them! Scouts will also learn acting techniques, warm ups, and exercises from a Stages’ Teaching Artist.

Make-Up Makeover
How do they do that? In this workshop, students will learn how actors transform themselves into a variety of characters using make-up. Scouts will learn beginning techniques, design a character face, and have the opportunity to become that character. Leaders will be amazed as their scouts transform their imagined designs into live characters!

Show time at 1:00pm
*There is space for troops to eat lunch
