* A handling fee of $10 is applied to all group orders*
Please have the following information ready when you call or email:
- Contact name
- School/Organization name
- Address
- Phone
- Performance date and time
- # of students
- # of parent chaperones
- # of staff members
Payment
If tickets are reserved more than two weeks before a performance:
- An invoice will be provided
- A 20 percent non-refundable deposit is due two weeks from the date you make your reservation.
- Tickets ordered before Aug. 1 for the following school year--deposit due in September
- Final attendance numbers and final payment are due two weeks before the perfomance
If tickets are reserved less than two weeks before the performance:
- Payment is required at the time of reservation
