Calling all princesses! - proper, powerful, peculiar, pleasant, perky, prickly and everything in between. Theres a wide world of princess stories well explore like Cinderella, Jasmine, the Paper-Bag Princess, and dozens more. Each young actor will get a chance to create and share her own, unique perfect princess.

Welcome to the wonderful world of Eric Carle! Join us for fantastic journey through a realm of tiny creatures: busy spiders, hungry caterpillars, and lonely beetles. Kids will emerge as a whole host of animals bringing these stories to life!
Dinosaur Discovery

How do dinosaurs go to school, eat their food, or clean their rooms? Using their voices, bodies, and imaginations, kids will travel back in time to become these colossal creatures and then return to create their own stories of modern-day mishaps.

Jump aboard as kids use creative dramatics, music, and movement to act out exciting moments from the classic tales of Thomas the Tank Engine, a cheeky little engine with big dreams.

Welcome to East High and the fabulous characters that walk its halls! While working on scenes from the hit Disney TV movie and songs like "Breaking Free," "Stick to the Status Quo," and "Were All in This Together," students will learn what it means to be a "triple threat": singer, dancer, and actor.
Swashbuckling Scoundrels: Pirate Kings and Queens
Session 4: July 14 July 18, 9am to 3:30pm
Students will draw inspiration from a vast ocean of pirate fiction and music such as Treasure Island, How I Became a Pirate, and Peter Pan as well as "tall tales" of real rabble-rousers to create their own play. Students will develop acting skills and learn how to use facial expression, movement, gesture, and vocal variation to transform from lowly landlubbers into pesky pirates.
Rags to Riches
Session 3: July 7 July 11, 9am to 3:30pm
Sing and dance your way to the top in this musical theatre celebration of those spunky characters that found their happy endings. Students will soak up tips and techniques for their next musical theatre audition while having fun learning scenes and songs from the classic Broadway shows Annie and Oliver.
Marvelous Mystery Mania
Session 5: July 21 July 25, 9am to 3:30pm
Do you like adventure, excitement, and puzzling problems? Then roll up your sleeves, put on your thinking caps, and join kid detectives like Nancy Drew, Cam Jensen, and the Boxcar Children! You will hone your acting skills and learn to work as an ensemble as you act out the daring escapades of these intrepid investigators.

Extend your childs day with structured activities for an additional hour. This is only for 7 to 13 year olds. There is no extended day on the final day of the workshop.

Want to know how to make those magical moments that bring an audience to its feet with a roar? Imagine the white-hot solo spotlights like "Somewhere Over the Rainbow" or the dazzling dueling duets like "Defying Gravity" or powerhouse chorus numbers like "One Singular Sensation." Using material from new and classic Broadway, students in this summer intensive will create those memorable moments that reach out and steal the show. By cultivating a smashing stage presence, clear characterization, and strong physical expression, students will get a taste of what it takes to be a "triple threat": the unbeatable combination actor/dancer/singer that makes it on the "Great White Way".
