Creative play (theatre, music, dance, and art) helps young children develop their sense of exploration and discovery as well as being an excellent outlet for energy & fun. Watch your little one develop their inner artist while their creativity blooms!

TUITION ASSISTANCE

Tuition assistance is available for all classes via the Open Door Program.

Full payment is due at the time of online registration. Payment plans are available by calling the Box Office at 952-979-1111, option 4.

There is a $5 handling fee added per student. A $25 deposit (part of your registration fee) and all handling fees are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued (minus deposit and handling fee) if you cancel at least one week prior to the class start date.

CREATIVE ACADEMY

STARS ACADEMY: 18 Months – Kindergarten

Stars Academy uses stories we know, and stories that are new to us, to jump into different places and environments, as we work to solve problems together – all while stretching our imaginations, developing beginning acting skills, and building confidence!

Check out our fun classes for your Tiny Stars, Little Stars, and Rising Stars.

  • Tiny Stars: Ages 18 months- 2 ½ years
  • Little Stars: 2 ½ years – 3 ½ years
  • Rising Stars: 3 ½ years – Preschool

Tiny Stars: Ages 18 months- 2 ½ years

This is a stay-and-play class for our youngest actors and their
grown-up! Stay for this class with your tiny star and watch their
creative expression grow as you play alongside them.

COST: $70 per student, per session*plus $5 handling fee.

* Tuition assistance is available.

Wednesdays, 9:30 AM -10:15 AM

LOCATION: Hopkins Center for the Arts


Little Stars: 2 ½ years – 3 ½ years

This is a drop-off class with an opportunity for parents to join us for the last 5 minutes of class each day to experience a snippet of our class. Each class meeting will feature a new story, and a new adventure.
*Please plan to stay in the building if your little star isn’t potty-trained

COST: $95 per student, per session*plus $5 handling fee.

Fridays, 9:15 AM -10:15 AM

LOCATION: Hopkins Center for the Arts


Rising Stars: 3 ½ years – Preschool

This is a drop-off class with an opportunity for parents to join us
for a last day sharing. Each class meeting will feature a new story, a
new adventure, and time to develop our actor toolbox. Wednesday
sessions incorporate a movement focus, Friday sessions incorporate
a music focus. Join us on Wednesday, Friday or both!

COST: $185 for 1 day, $350 for 2 days, per student, per session.*plus $5 handling fee.

PLAY-A-DAY: Ages 2.5 – Preschool

Spend Saturday mornings activating your young actor’s creative side through a guided drama adventure that will build up their actor’s toolbox – body, voice and imagination. This stay-and play class allows your young person to develop confidence while you traverse through a beloved
story beside them. Tiny Stars: Ages 18 months- 2 ½ years

K STAGE: Kindergarten

Let your kindergartener’s imagination soar as they channel creative play into beginning acting skills! In this drop-off class, teaching artists will guide students through creative drama exercises and activities that foster beginning acting skills, while staying in imaginary worlds of creative play.
