Join us at Stages Theatre Company for one or more of our exciting productions based on beautiful, imaginative and inspiring books and stories! Each production is built with young people, families and classrooms in mind.

*Due to the interactive structure of our Theatre for the Very Young performance, group tickets are NOT available for EXPLORASAURUS: A DINOSAUR ADVENTURE.
Group Ticket Prices
School Groups / Social Serving Organization (10+)
- $8.00 per ticket to all standard titles in our season
- $9.00 per ticket for performances of Spookley and the Christmas Kittens – A New Musical and Shrek the Musical JR
- $9.50 per ticket for performances Elf the Musical JR
*All students and volunteer chaperones are invoiced at the rates listed above. Staff members from your school or organization will receive one complimentary ticket for every ten paid tickets in the order. Additional staff tickets will be invoiced at the same rate as students and volunteer chaperones.
**Prices valid only for weekday matinees.
***Flat $15 Processing Fee per order for titles in our 2025-2026 Season.

All invoices are due three weeks prior to the performance.

Call the box office to reserve your tickets at the appropriate group rate. Payment is required at the time of the reservation for groups under 20 tickets. Skip the processing queue and select the seats that work best for you!

Group Ticket Form
Please complete the order form below to start the purchase process for your group of 20+. If your request is submitted successfully, you will immediately receive confirmation of your submission to the email address you included on the form. Please be sure to check your JUNK & SPAM folders if you do not see confirmation of your submission. Submissions are placed in our group processing queue where they will be processed in the order they are received. This process can take up to ten business days due to our high volume of submissions.
When your order is up for processing you will either receive an invoice or a member of our team will be in contact with alternate dates that may work for your group. If your original date is full, you will be able to choose from all available dates. No need to resubmit, it’s your turn!

Helpful Hints for an Enjoyable Experience
Be sure to arrive 20 minutes before your performance. This helps us get you seated without running into the Wilbur, Buddy, or Shrek!!
Take a bathroom and a drink break before the lights go down and the show begins.
Don’t bring any snacks, drinks, or gum into the theater. These things might distract you during an important part of the story.
Be sure to laugh as loud as you can at the silly things on stage – but be sure to whisper quiet as a mouse if you want to ask your parent or friends a question.
To protect our friends on stage-please wait to take any pictures until you are in the lobby and they can pose with you.
Field Trip Information
It’s show time! Join us at Stages Theatre Company for one or more of our exciting productions and introduce your students to the magical world of theatre. Not only will your students be enthralled with the beautiful imagery and charming stories, but all the elements of theatre will be introduced: character, plot, language, sound and spectacle.
Special Seating Requests
All special requests for seating, including accessibility requirements (wheelchair seating, etc.) must be requested at least 72 hours prior to performance. Requests can be made through the Box Office at 952-979-1111 OR by emailing groupsales@stagestheatrec.wpenginepowered.com
General Policies
We can’t guarantee additional tickets will be available after a reservation has been made.
You can cancel tickets, without having to pay for them up until the Due Date listed on your invoice.
You are responsible for all tickets reserved past the deadline listed on your invoice.
We do not offer refunds once tickets are paid for OR the deadline has passed.
The entire group can be exchanged into a different performance of the same title ONLY- subject to availability.
