How to Get Your Tickets
It’s show time! Join us at Stages Theatre Company for one or more of our exciting productions. Based on beautiful, imaginative and inspiring books and stories, our productions are built with young people, families and classrooms in mind.
General Information
Ticket Policies
Ticket Policy: Ticket orders will not be processed without full payment. We do not issue refunds. Exchanges can be made up to 24 hours prior to a scheduled performance. Exchanges can only be made for another performance of the SAME TITLE. Subject to availability.
Box Office Hours
Tuesday through Saturday, 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm and one hour prior to all performances.
Mainstage Theatre
Unless otherwise noted, performances take place in the mainstage theatre. Seating is reserved and begins 30 minutes prior to showtime.
Jaycees Studio Theatre
All performances of Spookley and the Christmas Kittens, The Girl Who Drank The Moon, and Explorasaurus: A Dinosaur Adventure will be in the Jaycees Studio, a versatile space located in the Hopkins Center for the Arts. Seating is general admission and begins 30 minutes prior to show time. Come early for the most seating options!
Theatre For The Very Young
Theatre for the Very Young productions will be held in the Jaycees Studio. Due to the interactive nature of Theatre for the Very Young, seating will be on the ground to allow for movement, playtime, and participation. There will be alternate seating available for those who are unable to sit on the ground. Doors open 20 minutes before each Theatre for the Very Young performance time. Arrive early to enjoy preshow fun in our welcome area. A ticket is required for all patrons, regardless of age.

Personalize your theater-going experience! With Flex Passes you simply apply your tickets to any Stages Theatre Company production. Use all your tickets to see a single show with family and friends or split them up to see multiple shows. It’s up to you!

*Flex passes excludes Explorasaurus and cannot be used for Elf the Musical JR. nor can the value of the flex pass ticket be used towards the cost of tickets for this show.

Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates are available for Show Tickets, Workshops and Classes. Support Stages Theatre Company with the purchase of a Gift Certificate.
Gift Certificates may be purchased over the phone by calling the Box Office at 952-979-1111 (Tuesday-Saturday, 12:00 pm -5:00 pm).
If you purchase a Gift Certificate online, please know that the gift certificate will be mailed to the address on-file on your account.
*If you would like the gift certificate to be mailed with a personalized message, or to a different address, please follow the instructions below:
- Within 24 hours of purchase, please call the Box Office at 952-979-1111 (Tuesday-Saturday, 12:00 pm – 5:00 pm) or email the following information in response to the Gift Certificate’s email confirmation: Your name, purchase date, the name, address, and message for the recipient.
- Your Gift Certificate will be mailed within 3 business days of purchase.

Military Discount
Honoring Service, Celebrating Stories
Stages Theatre Company welcomes U.S. military personnel, spouses and children, as well as U.S. veterans!
$5 tickets are available for all productions for military personnel, Veterans, and their immediate families (includes-spouses, children, and parents of those serving in the military).
How to Reserve: Call the Box Office at (952) 979-1111 and let our staff know you qualify for the military discount.
Maximum per season/per household:
- 4 tickets each for a max of 4 performances
Land Acknowledgement
Stages Theatre Company acknowledges with respect and gratitude that the land on which we live and work is the unceded, traditional land of the Dakota Nation.
To honor the traditional custodians of this land, complimentary tickets to every performance are available specifically for our indigenous community.
We are committed to learning from the past and critically examining the implications of colonial histories on our day to day lives. We hope these resources can move us in taking collective action towards land repatriation.
