The dragons are back… but where are those tacos?! When disaster strikes and the world runs out of tacos, Robbie, Kodi, and the whole dragon team have to go back in time to find them. Packed with crunchy dilemmas, spicy surprises, and some very catchy songs, these taco-loving heroes are on a quest to save the day… again!
From the team that brought you STC’s smash hit Dragons Love Tacos: The Musical, this (Mu)Sequel is packed with silliness, wild imagination, and of course, dragons. Based on the incredible, best-selling series Dragons Love Tacos, this story promises to be filled with buckets and boatloads of TACOS… we mean fun (and tacos)!

Adam Rubin
Author
Adam Rubin – Adam is the author of a dozen critically acclaimed picture books, which have sold more than five million copies combined. They include Dragons Love Tacos, Dragons Love Tacos 2: The Sequel, High Five, Gladys the Magic Chicken, Secret Pizza Party, Robo-Sauce, the Those Darn Squirrels trilogy, and El Chupacabras, which won the Texas Bluebonnet Award. Daniel Salmieri
Illustrator
Daniel Salmieri – Daniel is an artist and illustrator from New York City. He has illustrated 12 picture books including four best-sellers, one of which is Dragons Love Tacos. He regularly contributes to The New Yorker and The New York Times and other print and digital media. He has won several awards including the Borders Original Voices Award and the NAIBA 2013 Book of the Year Award. His illustrations have been in the Brooklyn Public Library and the Society of Illustrators. Daniel currently lives in Brooklyn, NY with his wife, son, and their dog Ronni.
Sharon Kenny
Music & Lyrics
Sharon Kenny – Sharon writes songs and the words that go with them. She lives in New York. Kenny’s music has been prominently featured worldwide on television (Netflix, Lifetime, Amazon), most notably with five placements on the hit show, Dance Moms. Her song “Hotel Heart” reached #68 on the iTunes Singer/Songwriter charts; her music has cumulatively garnered nearly 30 million views on YouTube. Sharon’s theatre work has been produced and/or developed at New York Theatre Workshop, Manhattan Theatre Club, 92NY, Williamstown Theatre Festival, Ars Nova, TheatreWorks Silicon Valley, The Yale Institute of Music Theatre, The Institute for American Musical Theatre, Interlochen Center for the Arts, and Stages Theatre Company. Kenny’s work in Children’s Theatre includes adaptations of the NY Times bestsellers What Do You Do With an Idea?, Maybe (both by Kobi Yamada), Dragons Love Tacos (by Adam Rubin), as well as commissions for 92NY (The Tempest, Mother Goose, Ice Queen, A Midsummer Night’s Dream). She and co-writer Cristina Pippa were recently named 92NY’s TYA Resident Artists. Additionally, Kenny serves as Musical Director to Broadway’s Abby Mueller (Beautiful: The Carole King Musical, Six), and the musical Rutka (Lincoln Center, Cincinnati Playhouse in the Park). Cristina Pippa
Playwright
Cristina Pippa – Cristina is an award-winning playwright, screenwriter, and filmmaker. She recently received the Story Incubator Lab Fellowship and won the Josephson Entertainment Teleplay Award at the Austin Film Festival. Collaborations with Sharon Kenny for Stages Theatre Company include musical adaptations of Kobi Yamada’s What Do You Do with an Idea? and Maybe, as well as Dragons Love Tacos by Adam Rubin, which was later produced by Orlando Family Stage and The Rose Theater. Their commissioned world premieres for 92NY, such as Ice Queen and The Tempest, were recommended by The New York Times, and their musical short film Curtain premiered at New York CineFest. Other films by Cristina have premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival Kids International Film Festival and won the Mumbai Film Festival’s Golden Gateway Award. Cristina completed her BA at Columbia University and her MFA at the University of Iowa Playwrights Workshop. www.cristinapippa.com
Megan Collins
Co-Director
Megan Collins – Megan is thrilled to be co-directing STC’s production of Dragons Love Tacos 2: The (Mu)Sequel after most recently working on and Don’t Let the Pigeon Drive the Bus! The Musical! and Stuart Little. Megan proudly serves as Stages Theatre Company’s Education Director, leading on-site classes and workshops, off-site partner programs, community outreach partnerships, and in-school residencies. While this is Megan’s ninth season on staff at STC, Megan’s theatrical career began onstage at Stages Theatre Company at the age of 12. In addition to her time at STC, she has worked with Seattle Children’s Theatre, Lookingglass Theatre Company, Children’s Theatre Company, and Adventure Stage Chicago.

Anna Crace – Anna is a Director and Dramaturg originally from the UK, now based in Minnesota and the Manager of New Play Development at Stages Theatre Company!
